Beschreibung
EIT Culture & Creativity is seeking proposals from qualified law firms for the establishment of an External Counsel Panel to provide recurring external legal advisory services across a broad range of legal matters. EIT Culture & Creativity intends to appoint up to three law firms under separate Framework Agreements, covering areas including corporate and governance, commercial contracts, employment, German association law (Vereinsrecht), compliance, anti-fraud and investigations, procurement and EU funding, intellectual property, litigation, investment / corporate finance, and local legal support across relevant European jurisdictions.
